EAI FISAT 2026

The proceedings of EAI FISAT 2026 present cutting-edge research in smart systems and applied technologies, with a strong focus on semiconductor design, autonomous and intelligent systems, real-time control, embedded architectures, and AI-driven digital applications in business, logistics, language, and legal domains. The volume highlights practical methodologies, system-level implementations, experimental validations, and industry-oriented case studies that demonstrate how advanced smart technologies are translated into real-world solutions. Readers will find particular interest in interdisciplinary contributions that integrate hardware-software co-design, intelligent control, FPGA-based systems, autonomous platforms, and applied artificial intelligence for emerging digital ecosystems. The book features technical illustrations, system architecture diagrams, comparative performance tables, and experimental result analyses that enhance clarity and reproducibility. A balanced mix of theoretical modeling and applied engineering case studies offers both academic rigor and industrial relevance. The main benefit to readers is access to a curated collection of high-quality, application-driven research that bridges advanced smart system theory with deployable technologies, supporting researchers, engineers, and industry practitioners in accelerating innovation and practical implementation.

All registered and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the Springer – EAISICC series and made available through SpringerLintk Digital Library. This series is indexed in leading indexing services, such as Scopus, Ei Compendex, and zbMATH.

Available journals

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version to:

All accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of:

Authors have the opportunity to publish their articles in the EAI Endorsed Transactions journal selected by the conference (Scopus, Ei-indexed, ESCI-WoS, Compendex) by paying an additional $250, discounted from the standard $400 rate for conference authors.

The article’s publication is subject to the following requirements:

  • It must be an extended version of the conference paper with a different title and abstract. In general, 30% of new content must be added.
  • The article will be processed once the conference proceedings have been published.
  • The article will be processed using the fast-track option.

Once the conference proceedings are published, the corresponding author should contact us at [email protected] with the details of their article to begin processing.

Additional publication opportunities

EAI is an open community dedicated to creating an environment where every member receives the same opportunities and benefits to develop and grow their research mission and career. As the largest free professional research society in the world, EAI offers a complete range of conference proceedings publication opportunities. Based on the qualification of the conference and the conference scope, EAI provides the possibility to publish the proceedings for every sponsored conference. Consistent with its mission to support developing communities, all EAI sponsored conferences appear in EUDL, the European Union Digital Library (EUDL). EUDL is Open Access and free for EAI members, reaching a community of 250,000 subscribers and providing the visibility that allows the conference organisers to develop the conference into a fully fledged indexed proceedings publication in subsequent years.

Welcome Message from the General Chairs

EAI FISAT 2026 will be held on November 25–27, 2026 at FPT University, Ho Chi Minh City Campus, Vietnam — organized in partnership with the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) and published by Springer in the EAI SICC series.

We are living through a remarkable era of technological convergence. Smart semiconductor systems, autonomous and intelligent cyber-physical platforms, real-time embedded architectures, and AI-driven digital applications are no longer parallel tracks — they are rapidly merging into a new paradigm of integrated smart systems engineering. Southeast Asia, and Vietnam in particular, is emerging as a significant hub for semiconductor design, automotive software, and smart digital transformation. EAI FISAT 2026 is conceived as a strategic forum at precisely this intersection.

This inaugural edition brings together researchers, engineers, practitioners, and industry leaders from across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States. The conference features six thematic tracks — spanning artificial intelligence and machine learning, sustainable supply chain and logistics, IoT and semiconductor technologies, software engineering and data science, governance and ethics, and techno-economic systems — reflecting the breadth and interdisciplinary nature of modern smart systems research.

EAI FISAT 2026 is designed as more than a publication venue. It is a platform for collaboration, a bridge between academia and industry, and a long-term investment in the regional research community. We are proud to host distinguished keynote speakers whose expertise spans distributed intelligence, embedded AI, edge computing, and semiconductor innovation. All accepted papers will be published in the Springer EAI SICC series (ISSN: 2522-8609, Scopus-indexed), with selected works eligible for extension into Q1/Q2 Springer Nature journal special issues. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our Technical Program Committee — various distinguished scholars from 11 countries — our keynote speakers, our organizing team at FPT University, and our partners at EAI and Springer. I extend my deepest gratitude to each of them.

To all authors, reviewers, and attendees: we are excited to welcome you to Ho Chi Minh City. We hope EAI FISAT 2026 will be an intellectually enriching experience, and that the connections forged here will grow into lasting collaborations.
